Registration Process
If you wish to register for our program, just follow these steps:
| Complete pre-registration form. Since we only accept 4 participants per | |
| week, you will need to check availability first with the pre-registration form. You will receive an email immediately confirming availability, or suggesting other dates should the desired week be full already. | ||
| Upon receiving our confirmation, pay a deposit of 100 Euro or 130 US | |
| dollars by money order, check or bank transfer to our account. (you will receive account details together with the availability confirmation). The deposit does not represent a fee, it will be taken off the total price of the program. | ||
| Once we have received the deposit, you will be e-mailed your booking | |
| confirmation together will all the necessary information. The total amount must be paid no later than 10 days before your arrival. You can also submit the full payment with your completed application form. |
Cancellations:
| If you cancel the reservation 7 days before the beginning of the program, | |
| we will send back the deposit, except for administration expenses. | ||
| If you cancel the reservation within 7 days, the deposit will not be sent | |
| back, but we will hold it in case you wish to re-register within the same year. | ||
| If the applicant has already started the program and then wants to | |
| discontinue, no refund will be made. All arising bank charges will be paid by the applicant. |
